Follow these steps to connect your business bank accounts to Formations.
This feature is currently available only to Beta customers. Contact us if you'd like to join the Beta program.
This new feature allows you to manage your bank connections with Formations without assistance (although help is still available, as always). Follow these steps to connect your business bank accounts to Formations:
- Navigate to the Bank Accounts page under Accounting - https://app.formationscorp.com/dashboard/accounting/bank-accounts
- Click the + New Bank link at the top right corner of the page. You will see a warning message. Click Connect.
- Follow the instructions on the Plaid pop-up screen. You may need to use your phone to authenticate your connection. This is by design to ensure the utmost security of your financial connection.

Once you complete the connection flow (see the Wells Fargo flow below), you should see the new accounts in the table.
- If you have more than one business bank account, you can add it by using the same flow. Note: if you have multiple accounts as part of the same bank, Click the Refresh option in the actions submenu for the bank that you already connected to add more accounts from the same bank.
