How can I get help or submit a request?

On the right side of your screen, you should see a blue button called "Resource Center". By clicking it, a pop up will open with helpful information.

Depends on your Formations plan you chose, you will have access to different ways to communicate with your success team, submit a ticket, or schedule a meeting. You will be able to upload documents or provide us with feedback.

You will also find the information and direct meeting links to join our "Hit the Expert" sessions, where you can meet with our experts and ask any question you have and get the answers on the spot.
