How can I join "Hit the Expert" sessions?

"Hit the Expert", is a twice a week reoccurring session where you can log in and ask any questions regarding tax, accounting and the Formations account you may have and get answers on the spot!

 This is a great opportunity to chat with members of our professional services and customer success teams. These sessions will be open forums and you are welcome to pop-in, ask your question and leave or stick around to hear what other Formations customers are asking (and hear the answers).

Hit the Expert sessions will be held every Tuesday at 3:00pm PST, and Wednesday at 11:00am PST and will last for 60 minutes.

All you need to do, is log in and ask your questions. We highly recommend taking advantage of this new opportunity to connect with us and get all your questions answered
