How does Formations conduct the Reasonable compensation study?

The Reasonable Compensation study will be conducted during the onboarding process. We will use information we have gathered from you to complete the study within our system to get your reasonable salary. We will then provide a copy of the report and use it to proceed with creating your payroll plan.
