How do I reset the basic information?

  • To reset or change any information on your account, please contact your CSM or the onboarding team who can assist with the update. The update will need to be made across all of the Formations systems, which can be done internally by your CSM.
  • If you are looking to update your email address, please reach out to your CSM team.
