How do I search for a specific transaction?

Learn how to use the filters to look up business transactions.

On the left navigation bar, click Accounting, and select “All Transactions” from the drop-down menu.

You should see the following screen with a list of all transactions recorded on your connected business bank accounts.

You can scroll through transactions to find specific ones, or you can apply one of the search filters. For example, let’s say I wanted to make sure that my recent charge for “Oishi Japan” was recorded. I can click “Description” to open a search box:

Click the search box and type part of the transaction description:

Click “Confirm” - you should now only see transactions that match that name description you searched:

You can also apply different filters to search for specific transactions as well. Clicking on the "Date" filter allows you to search for transactions only between a start date and end date.

You can use the "Amount" filter to search for transactions only between a minimum and maximum dollar amount.

If you'd like to only view transactions of a specific income or expense category, use the "Category" filter to pick which ones you'd like to view. Categories are separated by "Income Categories" and "Expense Categories".
