How long does it take to get the Incorporation documents?

Incorporation documents for new business owners are submitted to the IRS, by Formations on behalf of the customers. This takes time to process and receive the final documents. Use this article to learn how long this process takes.

For a new Sole-proprietor account to be registered as LLC, the Formations team files for Incorporation on behalf of the business.

Documents such as Personal and Company information along with personal identity proof as provided by you are reviewed by the Formations team and then submitted to the IRS for filing.

Usually, takes 7-12 business days to get a revert on the incorporation status and documents from the IRS after a successful filing of the application.
