My payment app won't connect to Formations. How do I share transactions with Formations to make sure my income is correctly recorded?
There are sometimes banks and apps that don't currently connect to Formations. If the bank connection is not working for you, please reach out to your customer success team and let them know. That way if anything changes in the future with the connection capabilities, they update you!
In the meantime, you will need to upload transaction reports to your Documents. We recommend uploading these reports monthly so we can keep your income and expenses up to date. This will help make sure tax estimates are more accurate, and we can make better recommendations
