I want to cancel my domain; how can I do that?
To cancel your domain, you can either turn off auto-renewal within the Formations platform or submit a cancellation request.
To request auto-renewal disablement, please email team@formationscorp.com.
Please note that once a domain is purchased, it is non-refundable, regardless of the date of cancellation. We recommend carefully considering your domain purchase, as all sales are final.
When are domain renewals processed?
When you register a domain with Formations through Squarespace, it is set to renew automatically to keep your site running smoothly. After your initial registration term is over, we'll charge the payment method on file for another year of domain registration.
If you wish to cancel your domain, we can disable its auto-renewal upon request. You can email team@formationscorp.com to request auto-renewal disablement.
I bought a domain through Formations, can I transfer it to Squarespace? I want to manage everything in one place.
Transferring domains from Formations to Squarespace is currently not available. Domains registered through Formations must be managed separately.
I want to permanently delete my Squarespace account/data.
