What do I do when my documents are rejected?

Some documents if they do not follow the compliance requirements may be rejected. Use this article to learn how to correct it.

In this case, you received an alert that your documents are rejected. You need to provide us with the corrected document.

To re-upload the document -

• Log into the Formations app
• Go to the section where you see the rejection alert
• Re-upload the document or forms required to be re-uploaded
