      What do I need to do for the S Election?

      Your configuration team at Formations will send you a signature packet that contains the 2553 form, which needs to be signed in order to elect to be taxed as an S-Corp with the IRS.

      Once signed, we will file the form with the IRS on your behalf, and you should receive confirmation from the IRS in roughly 12 weeks.
