Where can I find my W-2?

Your previous year's W2 is available to view and download from your Payroll Summaries page, usually be the end of January of the following year.

If you have more than one person on your payroll, you will be able to choose the W2 you want to view. 

To view or download your W2, simply go to your Payroll section, click Summaries and look for the "View W2 for 20XX" link on the upper right corner.

Then, click the 3 dots (...) uo the Gusto page that opens up and click Download the file
